Brief
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Inspection back-office team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing our core back office processes, brainstorm/test/trial ideas, and implement solutions with our tech teams to enhance overall operations efficiency.

Core Responsibilities
- Deployment of AI solutions into our Operations process, support concept testing using in-house AI tools, work with tech teams to deploy and optimize.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within current workflows and propose improved tech-driven solutions. Brainstorm ideas with team members and Ops counterparts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our employees, operations managers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to ensure Ops automation initiatives align with business objectives and functional requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document methodologies, models, and processes, while providing regular reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Understand the key tools and applications we use within QIMA and look for synergies. Support design of new development and features.
Requirements / Candidate Profile / Notes
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT/Technology, Quality, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficient in English (spoken and written);
- Interest or experience in consumer goods, supply chain, quality control, or operations is a plus.
- Good IT skills and comfortable using digital tools.
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to tackle new challenges.
