Role Overview
As Client Project & Service Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects and ongoing service management across Evooq’s suite of products.
You’ll act as the key bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality delivery, and long-term success in how clients adopt and evolve with Evooq’s solutions.
This role combines project management, client success, and service delivery to ensure that every implementation is executed efficiently, clients are fully supported post go-live, and business relationships continue to thrive.
Job Description
Project Implementation & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects — from initial scoping through deployment, go-live, and handover to ongoing service.
- Define and maintain a repeatable, scalable framework for project execution to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across clients.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery KPIs to ensure successful and profitable outcomes.
- Coordinate across Evooq’s internal teams — including Product, Engineering, and Client Success — to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all project components.
Client Relationship & Service Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels — from project sponsors to operational users.
- Understand each client’s business objectives, translating them into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans.
- Manage the client governance model, including project steering committees and regular service reviews.
- Provide structured reporting on delivery performance, progress, and areas for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Product Managers to share client insights, identify service enhancements, and influence the product roadmap.
- Partner with internal support and engineering teams to resolve client-specific issues and implement tailored solutions.
- Conduct client training sessions to enhance adoption and effective usage of Evooq’s platform.
- Proactively monitor service performance and usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to uncover and execute on cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, client delivery, or service management roles within financial technology, SaaS, or wealth management environments.
- Strong understanding of financial services processes, ideally in areas such as investment management, portfolio analytics, or advisory platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Fluency in English (French or German is a plus).
