We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organise files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly using various software applications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office management systems is advantageous.
