Job Description
Summary
The Solution Marketing Manager for IFS.ai (IFS Cloud and IFS Loops) requires a strong understanding of AI-driven enterprise solutions, platform technologies, and digital workforce enablement. Contributing to the growth of IFS in a variety of ways, you will play an integral role in the development of key marketing campaigns aligned to IFS’s GTM for our embedded AI solutions. The role is fast-paced and the desired candidate will be a pragmatic, intuitive, hands-on marketer who thrives on innovation and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires close collaboration with both the net new and customer marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign planning and execution across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and expansion.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
The candidate will work on a variety of programs and actively contribute to the success of the central marketing team. Typical responsibilities will include:
- Meeting demand generation goals for IFS.ai and IFS Loops, driving global business growth.
- Work closely with both the net new and customer marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition as well as deepen engagement and value for existing customers.
- Owning the development of an annual demand generation plan for IFS.ai solutions and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns that support IFS’s GTM and pipeline requirements.
- Prioritizing campaign development based on pipeline gaps, regional marketing needs, and strategic opportunities in AI and digital transformation.
- Designing and managing production of high-value content, including advertising, digital assets, event toolkits, webinars, and social media messaging, focused on AI, platform, and digital worker solutions.
- Partnering with regional marketing to plan and support execution of centrally generated demand generation programs, providing insights into execution methods, account prioritization, and success metrics.
- Enabling business development, account executives, and regional marketing teams for key AI solution campaigns, providing comprehensive campaign guidance for successful execution.
- Analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on campaign effectiveness using key metrics such as marketing-influenced revenue, qualified sales leads, and campaign performance; sharing dashboards and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
- Engaging with key AI and digital transformation thought leaders to understand market pain points and shape messaging that positions IFS as a leader in embedded AI and agentic solutions.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing to articulate the strengths of IFS.ai within IFS Cloud and IFS Loops.
- Ownership and accountability for the IFS.ai and digital worker sections of ifs.com, working closely with SEO teams to rank highly for critical keywords and improve user journey.
- Collaborating with the central IFS campaign execution team for webinars, digital programs, and events, and gaining key insights into campaign performance.
- Supporting the Tech and Takeout marketing team, ensuring AI solution alignment in campaign materials and strengthening the GTM message.
- Supporting key IFS events, including IFS Unleashed and Connect, as required.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Understanding of online marketing platforms and how they can be used effectively to source, nurture and accelerate prospect’s sales journeys, especially for AI and digital solutions.
- Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related business field (or relevant training/experience)
