Operations plays a key role in helping Euromonitor to improve the global sales processes through maintaining the accurate sales data. Reporting into Sales Operations Manager, this individual will assist to improve the transparency and accuracy of the sales and commission data across our sales organisation and ensure our sales team continuously stays focused on driving our sales performance.
We are seeking a detail-focused team player who will uphold and promote consistent crediting and commission processes while partnering closely with sales teams across regions.
• You will work across the business and become a business partner to Sales, Finance, HR, Business Systems and the senior management team.
• Case Management: dealing with commission and sales credit queries from the global Sales teams providing excellent customer service by implementing changes and respond to queries
• Assist the completion of the monthly/quarterly commission on time by keeping the directory of all bonus schemes, frequency of pay-outs, headcount, updating hierarchy and user profiles.
• Transactional Analysis: identifying and analysing sales data to close the variance between Finance/Salesforce/Incent
• Assist the publication of monthly reporting and analysis of Sales performance from Incent Analytics
• Support Sales Operations Associate with Sales Target Planning and commission scheme reviews with Sales Managers and Directors
• Territory Management: support Sales Operation Associate to work with Sales managers to define territory coverage for the Sales representatives
• Ad hoc projects to support continued business growth
• Analytical, logical and strategic thinker, able to structure and communicate ideas clearly.
• Goal oriented- be able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills- confident interacting with business stakeholders and managing their expectations
• Being initiative- adaptable and able to respond quickly to a constantly changing and growing business environment.
• Be a team player who can partner well across departments but also able to work independently
• Advance proficiency with MS Office tools required. PowerBI experience would be beneficial
• Prior compensation or commission tools such as Incent or Salesfore CRM experience would be an advantage
