We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the coordination and management of innovative ICT solutions and services within the energy sector, primarily focusing on EU-funded projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities and exciting opportunities of these projects.
In this key position, you will:
- Oversee technical coordination and project management for EU collaborative projects, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Facilitate and supervise the delivery of technical milestones, utilizing advanced project management tools.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring adherence to EU funding requirements.
- Manage communication with all project stakeholders, including EU officials, consortium partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently allocate resources and plan project tasks.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields from a reputable university.
- Demonstrated professional experience in managing or coordinating EU-funded projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
- A research-oriented mindset, combined with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating EU-funded projects, with a strong understanding of EU directives and funding mechanisms.
- Profound skills in project planning, execution, and management, ensuring deliverables meet the specific objectives and requirements of EU-funded initiatives.
- Willingness to travel across Europe for consortium meetings and project coordination.
- Applicants must be based in Athens.
- Additional Desirable Skills:
- Solid experience in leading or contributing significantly to the development of R&D proposals for EU funding.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning, and/or Data Spaces, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Building Energy Performance Simulation.
