What you’ll be doing

Keep our houses running like well-oiled machines. You’ll be the heartbeat behind the scenes, making sure everything works perfectly at all times.
Conduct regular house tours to know our buildings inside and out (literally better than our Members!). Share your insights with the wider team to help us design and build better, smarter, more efficient houses.
Be fast and responsive - tackle maintenance issues as they arise and set up systems to make sure they never happen again.
Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, not just reactive ones.
Build and manage relationships with our vendors and service providers, keeping them on their toes to optimize performance and contracts.
Oversee weekly cleaning operations, ensuring our homes stay spotless and fully stocked with all the right products.
Monitor and optimize energy consumption across the portfolio - sustainability is part of who we are.
Own the budget and report key performance metrics on a monthly basis.
Coordinate ongoing maintenance and compliance inspections, making sure we meet all relevant laws, codes, and internal policies.
