Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator to join us.
In this role, you’ll help shape a safe, inclusive, and compliant working environment across our global estate. You’ll be part of a team that champions wellbeing, manages risk, and supports the continuous improvement of health and safety practices for employees, contractors, and visitors alike.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to employee queries via the Group Health & Safety helpdesk and escalating where needed
- Supporting the maintenance and accuracy of the Health & Safety management system
- Assisting health and safety activities for major projects under the guidance of the Head of H&S
- Tracking safety reports and helping resolve issues with relevant teams
- Logging and monitoring incidents and near misses, supporting follow-up actions
- Contributing to the transition to a new digital reporting system
- Helping draft and maintain procedures aligned with policy and strategic goals
- Supporting the design and implementation of policies that promote fair treatment and positive outcomes
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Foundational understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance
- NEBOSH Certificate (achieved or working towards) or willingness to complete training in role
- Familiarity with incident reporting systems and investigation methods
- Awareness of health and safety policy development and management systems
- Understanding of risk assessment processes and stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing helpdesk operations and resolving queries
- Ability to support ergonomics-related queries and corrective action processes
- A proactive, customer-focused problem solver who works collaboratively across teams
