🎯 What You’ll Do:
As our Learning Experience Designer, you’ll be the architect behind engaging learning journeys that spark curiosity, build capability, and drive real-world results.
You will:
Strategically identify learning objectives using UX and design thinking to drive engaging, people-centered instructional design:
- Conduct data analyses incorporating user feedback to pinpoint learning objectives and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define training requirements.
- Develop tailored learning paths in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Apply instructional design models like ADDIE, integrating UX principles for effective learning experiences.
- Create compelling learning content with diverse tools for enhanced user experience and knowledge transfer.
- Design curriculum and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
- Produce e-learning modules, instructor-led presentations, and relevant training materials.
- Design activities and exercises to boost learning engagement using templates and UX best practices.
- Establish assessment methods to evaluate training effectiveness.
Proactively drive tech-enabled integration:
- Stay updated on trends in learning technologies like microlearning and mobile learning.
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) for course development.
- Incorporate virtual and augmented reality for immersive learning experiences.
- Create multimedia support materials (audio, video, simulations, etc.).
- Collaborate with multimedia and graphic design specialists as needed.
- Implement Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training program management.
Develop reach and engagement initiatives:
- Establish social learning platforms to enhance discussion and engagement.
- Deploy communication campaigns promoting participation in learning activities.
Ensure effective management of content and quality standards:
- Maintain project documentation and course materials.
- Adhere to quality standards while creating multimedia content.
- Guide subject matter experts in developing high-quality e-learning content.
- Revise training materials based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures to document best practices.
- Implement version control for learning solutions.
Evaluate effectiveness and impact:
- Utilize data analytics to enhance credibility.
- Develop assessment strategies to measure training program effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze learner feedback for continuous improvement.
- Leverage internal systems for feedback collection and evaluation of learning solutions.
- Integrate all levels of Kirkpatrick evaluation into learning methodology.
- Demonstrate clear ROI for external clients through learning implementation.Â
🛠️ What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, education, instructional technology, or a related fieldÂ
- 5 + Years proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development Â
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems Â
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational psychology Â
