Key Responsibilities:

- Address user support requests with enthusiasm, tackling hardware, software, and network issues head-on.
- Install, configure, and maintain technology assets with energy and precision, in line with company policies.
- Proactively monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance, showcasing your dynamic approach to problem-solving.
- Implement new deployments and changes with vigor, following approved procedures to drive innovation.
- Maintain user access to business applications with enthusiasm, while ensuring robust system security measures are in place.
- Complete thorough shift handovers with energy and attention to detail, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
- Monitor and manage backup processes with vigor, safeguarding data integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in technical IT support, demonstrating a dynamic and energetic approach to problem-solving.
- A+, N+ certifications preferred, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- Networking and audio-visual equipment experience advantageous, highlighting your versatility and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, coupled with a dynamic and energetic attitude.
