About the role
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Services and Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in ensure the golfer's experience at TeeGo remains exceptional, and in launching new TeeGo clubhouses across London. If you have a passion for golf and a knack for wowing and helping people, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This role offers significant opportunities for personal and financial growth, with the potential to evolve into a management position leading our future operations and customer support team.
While this is will start as a part-time role, we expect this to quickly grow into a full-time role for the right person.
What you will do and/or be responsible for:

Own and deliver an exceptional experience for customers contacting us over email, phone and chat channels.

Provide essential support in setting up and launching our new TeeGo clubhouses.

Remotely monitor and control facilities to ensure golfer safety.

Pro-actively analyse customer insights and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Communicate up to date information on issues being faced.

Actively help in growing our operations & support team as the first team member.
Who you are:

2+ years of experience in support and/or operations within a consumer business.

Proven experience in a customer support management role with great .

Strong knowledge of golf and its terminology, with the ability to communicate confidently about the sport.

Excellent communicator with a confident telephone and video call manner.

Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and a customer-focused mindset.

Strong problem-solver skills and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Interested in golf, or a desire to learn, is highly advantageous.
