Pro-actively service existing and market new-to-bank customers for the SQMEA product offering which includes:

Broaden and deepen relationships with existing & new-to-bank customers through effective contact and delivery of the SQ product offering.
Act as the Key account manager and day-to-day point of contact for our community / affinity relationships.
Liaison point with Swissquote Bank in Switzerland in terms of problem solving and proposition development in accordance with the department’s requirements.
Help resolve queries from customers, internal & external relationships directly within own area of expertise or authority, or by referring to superior or other appropriate colleagues where necessary, in a pro-active manner.
