In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants and clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve queries promptly, and maintain high service standards will be key to your success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle tenant-related queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and gather feedback.
- Coordinate appointments between clients, tenants, and internal teams.
- Support quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence.
- Assist in resolving complaints and ensuring client concerns are addressed in a timeously manner.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be proficient in English, both verbal and written, as well as in 2 other additional languages.
- High work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must have strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Must be able to work within CRM systems and other management tools.
- Must have excellent time management and oragnisational skills.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Must have own cellphone and be reachable at all reasonable times.
- Must be able to deal with high volume calls and multi-task.
- Must be entrepreneurial and results driven.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Residential Property Estate managment and client services.
- Experience in hotel management and hospitality would be advantageous.
