When you join us as a customer success intern, you’ll dive into real projects that impact the future of our products. You’ll work side-by-side with the Customer Success team contribute meaningful projects, and see how a global tech company builds and scales innovation. This opportunity is based in Paris with a hybrid schedule (2–3 days/week onsite). The internship is 6 months long, starting on 18th of May 2026 and ending on 16th of November 2026.
About the team :
We are currently recruiting young results-oriented customer success professionals to join an established and diverse Customer Success team in one of the World’s best workplaces. You will be working with some exceptional people to help Adobe build a strong vibrant brand! A strong passion for digital and customer success is a prerequisite for any of these roles, which can be the first step of a Customer Success Career Path within Adobe.
Interns will be assigned to the EMEA Customer Success Team based in Paris.
The challenge:
- Ability to navigate within all levels of Adobe and customer organisations, identifying decision-makers, and building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility.
- Ability to manage our customer post-sales experience driving adoption and accelerating value for our accounts.
- Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business and to be challenged by Top Management.
- Desire to help the Customer Success Team gather internal Data and to ensure regular reporting.
- Desire to work on EMEA transformational initiatives.
Profile & Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French
- 6-month internship starting: May 2026
- Candidates should be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sales/Management/Marketing Digital
- Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented.
- Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the software industry and/or digital marketing would be a plus.
