Your role in our team
Terma offers multiple motivating student worker positions in various departments within our Research and Development (R&D) organization.
As a student in R&D, you will experience a variety of tasks and have the opportunity to practice your theoretical skills. You will engage in continuous improvement and playful innovation within the R&D environment and grow professionally alongside other passionate students as part of the internal talent pipeline.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with highly skilled colleagues on both internal and customer projects and products
- Contribute to innovative solutions within specialized technology and advanced analytics
- Support the development of software for security, defense, and safety-related applications
- Participate in projects aimed at improving decision-making through advanced data analysis
- Assist in building next-generation radar systems for airports, harbors, and ships
