What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll join our Tech team, where we build tools that support every part of the trading process – from data pipelines and forecasting models to trading dashboards and automated systems. Everything is built in Python, and we maintain a high standard for clean, well-structured code.
As a student developer, you’ll:
- Work on real production tools (not just side projects)
- Improve your Python, Excel and analytics skills
- Learn about power markets and how tech enables trading
- Make a real impact from day one, with plenty of freedom and responsibility
You’ll be part of an open and collaborative culture where honesty and transparency shape how we work and grow together. We believe in giving you autonomy, flexibility, and trust, and if things go well, this could lead to a full-time position after graduation.
What We Offer
- 15–20 flexible hours per week designed to fit around your studies
- A steep learning curve in a fast-moving, tech-first environment
- Hands-on experience with professional software development practices
- The chance to shape how we work in a young, ambitious company
- Competitive pay, social events, and a friendly, supportive culture
- A potential path to a full-time role after graduation
What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Passionate about software development with strong programming skills in Python. Experience with other programming languages, such as Go, Rust, or .NET is an advantage but not a requirement
- Familiarity with Git and SQL
- Interest in energy markets, trading, or solving complex technical problems
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from a fast-paced team
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Bonus point if you have: Experience running software in production or or have built your own projects.
