What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries concerning bets, game results, user accounts, and other related topics via e-mail or chat
- Providing support in resolving issues encountered while using the website or mobile application
- Assisting users with common issues like logging in, resetting passwords, creating accounts, and other operations
- Identifying technical errors and reporting them to the relevant departments
- Supporting customers in managing their accounts, including identity verification, updating personal data, and other related tasks
- Providing information about current special offers, bonuses and promotions, as well as the conditions that must be met
- Providing guidance on responsible gaming and assisting with using various functions of the sports betting platform
- Collecting customer feedback about the company’s services and reporting it to the relevant departments
- Recommending improvements based on customers’ suggestions and comments
- Participating in trainings and team meetings in order to enhance your qualifications and knowledge of the company’s products
Your skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of customer service even in demanding situations
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work under time pressure
- Proficiency in Polish language (both written and spoken) at C2 level
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays
Bonus points:
- Familiarity with sports betting issues and various sports disciplines
- Experience in customer service, preferably in sports betting industry or a similar field
- Knowledge of customer service tools, such as CRM systems
- Knowledge of both spoken and written English
