As part of the CGS team, this role plays a vital part in strengthening our global coordination and supporting sustainable growth for our clients with international operations.
Role purpose
As a CGS Account Officer, you will support the implementation and coordination of international credit insurance programs for multinational clients. Working closely with Account Managers and Coface entities worldwide, you will ensure the smooth execution of policy issuance, client support, and reporting. Your role is essential in maintaining high service quality, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the success of Coface’s Corporate Global Solutions offering.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS
- Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers in the management of CGS programs
- Advise customers and/or brokers both locally and internationally
- Prepare proposals, contractual terms, and contract extensions in collaboration with Account Managers
- Issue local CGS policy documents based on instructions from Coface entities worldwide.
- Instruct back-office teams to issue policies for entities within insured groups and ensure the quality of contractual documentation
- Coordinate and supervise the policy activation process globally, including specific wording amendments
- Draft and manage standard and customized Master Agreement wordings
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all assigned tasks.
- Deliver high-quality support to local CGS policyholders and brokers through direct communication
- Prepare and consolidate reports from various internal systems
- Maintain a sound understanding of all Coface products
- Supply management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Adhere to compliance standards as set by Coface and Financial Regulators
Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking or equivalent
- AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module)
Experience
- At least 2 years of commercial assistant function ideally within an insurance, banking, claims or factoring organization
- Previous experience in a multicultural/international environment will be a plus
