Invoice billing.
Reconciling FX invoice data with customers and suppliers every month, and issuing FX invoice.
Preparing E-book and uploading to tax office system.
Preparing invoice list for VAT/WVAT declarations monthly.
Support monthly tax declaration and CIT declaration
Other internal requirement (if any)

University degree (BS/MS) in Business Administration, Economics or related departments.
Have good tax knowledge on VAT, WHT, Stamp Duty, e-invoice, e-Book, etc.
Experienced in billing management and issuing invoice.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills, and able to work in a team environment.
Flexible, and able to adapt to corporate culture.

Data analyze, analytical thinking, proactive and willingness to take initiative

Excellent Microsoft Office Skill (Excel & Word)
Good command of English.(Speaking, reading, writing)
