You will be a part of a European Organization with colleagues all across the NCE cluster. In the Nordic Region, we are a team of seven colleagues of various nationalities with all levels of seniority across various domains of procurement (direct/indirect/tactical). Within indirect procurement, there is one buyer whom you will report to. The Nordic Headquarter is located in Malmö where you will be based with around 100 employees. Swedish is the native language, but English is well spoken.

You will contribute to this mission by:
1- Being part of an international transformation project, creating long term value for the corporation and our shareholders
2- Implementing EU strategy in close alignment with internal key stakeholders (e.g. buyers) and EU category managers
3- Developing regional adaptation strategy to meet regional requirements/needs of the Nordic markets for the dedicated subcategories
4- Supplier portfolio assessment and restructuring, including creation of new suppliers, spend migration inline with preferred supplier strategy.
5- Improve user experience of the stakeholders procurement journey e.g. by maintaining and creating online catalogs, punch-outs and establishing user-friendly buying channels (chatbot)
6- Deep dive in Contract Management and help to structure, locate and upload agreements into our system
