Job Description
Scope: Europe
MISSIONS
Ensure optimal product availability for Watches & Jewelry
In line with regional merchandising guidelines, boutique profiles, launch plans and the event calendar
Manage product allocation within Europe when requested from the Sales Administration team
Monitor and optimize deliveries, anticipating seasonality and local market needs
Manage the stock qualitatively: analyze stock rotation, life cycle status and initiate regular rebalancing vs model stock
Define tailored assortment for retail and wholesale events.
Implement the High-End merchandising strategy
Propose stock rotations and adapt assortment width according to high-end business priorities in the region
Optimize allocation for events, client presentations, visual merchandising, and partner activations
Coordinate stock movements & follow up on their implementation
Provide organizational and stock management support for high-end events, including documentation follow up, allocation decisions, and attendance to strategic appointments when required
Guide boutiques & coordinate with the HJ team on special orders requests
Support sales teams with client presentations and product information.
Lead merchandising analysis and reporting to support business decisions
Based on reporting format set by the regional merchandiser
Provide clear merchandising analysis on stock & sales and recommend associated actions plans
Consolidate qualitative and quantitative product feedback to support forecasting process
Share timely and clear product information with the European commercial teams
Participate in commercial meetings and contribute by preparing merchandising presentations (management meetings, High Jewelry committees, etc.).
Ensure smooth coordination of product launches
In line with the regional launch plan
Support business development & communication activations/initiatives
Contribute to the sales forecasts forecasting process, supporting the Regional Merchandising Manager in translating sales projections into detailed forecast (by boutique, by collection…)
Support the preparation of European Partner Days
Provide product availability to PR teams when requested for shootings & red carpets.
PROFILE
Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising, retail buying, or zone management within the luxury industry; high jewelry or watches background is an asset
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into concrete business actions
Excellent interpersonal skills: curious, positive, and able to listen and challenge constructively
Highly organized and agile, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong luxury product sensibility
Fluent in English and French
Master’s degree in business or equivalent.
