Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Engineering initiatives / OPX Media and Marketing Production
- Support OPX project teams on continuous improvement projects using multi media.
- Analyse OPX initiatives for progression to Best Practice
- Create engineering based multi media training material
- Improve OPX knowledge and best practice sharing to KOSTAL local & global audience
- Data collection and analysis / gather operational / Production metrics, cycle times throughput rates, downtime, inventory levels for multi media purposes
- Perform quantitative analyses (e.g. statistical analysis, forecasting, simulation) to support decision making
- Present findings in clear reports or dash boards to guide management actions
- Assist in risk mitigation and problem solving
- Proactively demonstrate your responsibility for health, safety and environmental (EHS) issues among your team, as well as their well-being, ensuring your team also accepts their individual responsibility for such matters.
- Adherence to environmental procedure and reaching Company environmental targets essential.

Knowledge and Skills:-

Qualifications
Degree in relevant Media Disciplines, Engineering Project Management, IT (NFQ Level 8,9 or 10 qualification)
