We are looking for a People Partner Manager to support our leaders and teams on our journey to create an outstanding employee experience.
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and people-focused People Partner Manager to join our People & Culture organization in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in building trusted partnerships with senior leaders, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. You will thrive in environments that require you to dive deep into complex challenges, value fast delivery in a constantly changing business landscape, and consistently raise the bar when it comes to driving people initiatives. You will bring a balance of empathy, resilience, and analytical thinking, with high standards in your work and a genuine passion for enabling people to thrive.
You will lead a team of 5 People Partners who are passionate about creating a workplace where people can thrive. Together, you will act as trusted advisors to our leaders, enabling them to unlock the full potential of their teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance. As the People Partner Manager, you will guide, coach, and empower your team to deliver impactful people strategies, ensure consistency across the business, and continuously improve the way we work. Our mission is to strengthen both the employee experience and organizational success — and you will be at the heart of making that happen.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field,
Minimum 8 years of experience in People Partner roles with demonstrated business acumen and the ability to integrate People and business strategies seamlessly
At least 3 years of People Management experience
A creative thinker and problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and able to juggle competing priorities,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Courageous, willing to challenge others and able to influence them about the things that matter,
Top-notch communication skills in English and Turkish (the interviews will be in english)
Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with various functions to drive Yemeksepeti’s People Agenda, enabling employees to do their best work.
To work alongside with leaders to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects,
Identify the development areas within the employee experience and give insights for developing solutions and implementing projects aiming to increase employee engagement,
Partner with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and your Business Unit to design and implement programs and processes that enhance the employee journey—from onboarding to development and exit.
Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations,
Work closely with leaders to analyze, anticipate and outline present and future organizational capabilities,
Following up HR budgets, norm headcounts and HR KPI’s.
