Job Description
Home Instead are seeking compassionate, friendly individuals to assist us in helping people maintain their independence and thrive in the comfort of their own homes in East Cheshire.
This vacancy is a full-time, salaried role. You'll work an average of 35 hours per week, with availability required 7am - 9:45pm Monday to Friday, plus alternate weekends. We know that top-quality care can't be rushed, which is why we don't offer short visits - every visit is at least one hour. Some are much longer, such as 4-hour companionship visits. We ensure you have enough travel time to get to each client, so you can focus on giving them the time and attention they deserve.
We carefully match Care Professionals with clients based on similar skills, personality, and interests, so you can really connect with the people you’re supporting. For first visits with new clients, you’ll be accompanied by someone who will introduce and support you, allowing you to get to know the client and their routine.
