Job Description
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Please note, this role will require travel across our Eurofins UK and European Forensics sites.
As an IT Project Manager you will lead the delivery of infrastructure and software projects across our forensic laboratories and operational sites in the UK and Europe. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement secure, scalable, and compliant IT solutions that support our mission-critical forensic operations.
- Deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure and software projects, including zone and site network separations, data centre implementations, Windows 11 upgrades.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project governance documentation (PID, RACI, requirements, risk logs).
- Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams.
- Lead change and release management processes.
- Support site integrations and customer-facing IT initiatives.
- Conduct workshops, training, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven, extensive IT project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure delivery.
- Extensive experience supporting IT infrastructure and systems integration during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) , transitional planning, data migration and onboarding of acquired sites into enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in-house software development projects, working closely with developers and product stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Skilled in managing Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations alongside project initiatives, ensuring continuity of service while driving change.
- Proven success in multi-country implementations and complex IT transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experienced in applying project management frameworks such as SDLC and Agile, and proficient in using industry-standard tools to plan, track, and deliver projects effectively.
