Our Industrial Merchant (IM) business line is supplying essential industrial gases and services to over 2 million customers every day-from local artisans to major international companies in sectors like pharmaceuticals, energy, food, and research. With 33,000 employees in nearly 60 countries, we are constantly innovating to help our customers become more efficient and sustainable.
You will join the Industrial Merchant World Business Line (IMWBL), a 63-person corporate team that acts as the strategic "brain" for our entire global division. We analyze market trends, scout new technologies, and develop the strategies that shape our future. Our mission is to equip our commercial teams worldwide with the tools and vision they need to succeed.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Your Internship Mission: Hands-On from Day One
As a key member of our team (Communication, Knowledge management & Branding), you will actively contribute to a variety of impactful projects. Your responsibilities will be concrete and will grow with your experience. Regular weekly meetings with your manager will ensure you have all the support you need to succeed.
Your core missions will include:
- Content Creation & Storytelling:
You will be our go-to creator for a range of internal and external communications. This includes writing news articles for our intranet, producing engaging videos and tutorials, and designing our community newsletters.
- Webinar Program Management:
You will take progressive ownership of our webinar program, which connects hundreds of colleagues each month. Your role will cover the full lifecycle: preparing speakers, promoting the sessions through email and intranet campaigns, animating the live events, and reporting on their success. Your manager will guide you as you master this key project.
- Internal Event Coordination:
You will support the team in organizing our internal meetings (both monthly and annual). You'll collaborate with your manager on event design, coordinate with external vendors, and manage communications to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
You will help us measure what matters by tracking and reporting on the key performance indicators (KPIs) of our internal communication campaigns, providing valuable insights for future strategies.

The internship will take place in the Group's historical headquarters in the center of Paris at Quai d'Orsay.
- Desired start date: January 2026 for 6 months
- Remuneration: Depending on profile (Between 1300€ and 1600€ per month)
