Insight Analysts – Shape Strategy for Premium FMCG Brands
We’re working with a brilliant FMCG field marketing company that partners with major brands to deliver measurable results in grocery retail. By combining data-led thinking with sector expertise, they turn insight into impact, shaping how brands perform in-store and on-shelf.
Following the award of two prestigious new client contracts , they are now looking for two Insight Analysts to join the team. These are exciting roles where you’ll transform complex data into clear, commercially relevant stories that drive strategy, influence client decision-making, and support field execution excellence.
What you’ll be doing
Turn complex data into actionable insights that guide client strategy.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, presenting insights with confidence.
Analyse and visualise data for presentations, reviews, and reporting.
Provide insights that optimise field team activity, promotional performance, product launches, and pricing.
Deliver analysis on POS placement, planogram compliance, and supply chain performance.
Produce accurate, visually impactful reports on time and to standard.
About you
Experience in an analytical or insight role within FMCG, retail, or field marketing.
Strong Power BI skills and confident with other data visualisation tools.
Ability to turn data into engaging, commercially relevant stories.
Excellent communicator, confident in presenting to clients.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

£35,000–£40,000 depending on experience
