We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to join our People Team on a 3-month fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who is computer savvy, highly organised, and enjoys working with systems and data.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the People Team by transferring documents and data between HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality throughout the process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Transferring employee documents and data from one HR system to another
- Ensuring all files are correctly named, categorised, and stored
- Identifying and resolving any data inconsistencies
- Supporting the People Team with general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards
- Strong IT skills and confidence using different systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in administration or data entry is desirable
💷 Salary: £24242 pro rata
🌴 Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays pro rata
