ProgressSoft is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will craft compelling, accurate, and search-optimized content that positions ProgressSoft as a leader in payment and financial technology solutions. You will be responsible for writing and editing a wide range of materials — including website pages, product descriptions, blog posts, campaigns, and thought leadership articles — ensuring every piece aligns with our brand voice, business goals, and search engine visibility.
This position requires strong storytelling skills, technical understanding, and a strategic mindset for SEO and AEO. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to transform complex topics into engaging narratives that inform, attract, and convert our audiences.
Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit high-quality content for web pages, product pages, social media, press releases, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop high-quality long-form content such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership articles
- Develop content strategies aligned with SEO and AEO best practices, targeting key personas in the banking and payments industry.
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective on-page optimization techniques.
- Maintain brand tone and ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy in all written content.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve based on analytics and feedback.
- Stay current with trends in B2B content marketing, financial technology, and digital optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in professional content writing
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and content’s role in demand generation.
- Ability to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences
- Skilled in structuring content for readability, engagement, and conversion.
- Strong command of English grammar and style.
- Solid understanding of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking).
- Familiarity with AEO practices (featured snippets, voice search, question-based structuring).
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong research ability to extract insights from technical documents and industry sources.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
