Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our student admissions and funding processes.
This role sits at the heart of our operations team, ensuring accurate documentation, timely application submissions, and efficient coordination between students, funding officers, and partner universities. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining records, handling communications, and supporting quality assurance across admissions.
This is a full-time remote role, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage student application processes from enquiry to enrolment.
- Book and confirm consultations for senior academic staff.
- Track interviews, attendance, and outcomes systematically.
- Collect, verify, and file supporting documents accurately.
- Complete and review Student Finance England (SFE) applications.
- Update and maintain precise records in the CRM system.
- Support the Student Funding Team with escalations and queries.
- Monitor progress of applications with universities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with creating training materials (e.g., process guides, Loom videos).
- Provide professional, efficient communication via phone, Zoom, email, and WhatsApp.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently residing in the UK.
- Previous admin, operations, or admissions experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative.
- Confident, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-ready: strong internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Flexibility to work during peak times, with occasional evenings/weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £1,300–£1,700 per month
