Purpose of the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive office administrator to help us manage the daily operations of our office environment including our reception area. In this role, you’ll serve as the backbone of our BSA team, coordinating administrative activities, streamlining workflows, and creating an inviting, efficient workspace. You will be responsible for:
- Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring seamless in-person and remote workflows.
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Handling queries and correspondence via phone, email, and in-person to facilitate effective communication. Attending to all Emails from ENDOcollection (FNB)
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data management.
- Organize schedules, team meetings, and events, both in-office and virtually.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly for staff.
- Assist in onboarding new team members, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
- Maintain accurate records, including invoices, contracts, and company documentation.
- Develop and implement systems to improve administrative efficiency and communication.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
- Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Grade 12 or equivalent essential
- Office Administration qualification/experience advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 - 2, Office Administration experience required
- Valid drivers’ license essential.
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, the ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage
- Must be computer literate and excellent at computer technology
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Must have knowledge excellent understanding of Our Rocket system.
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on inclusivity and creating a positive team culture.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

- Must relocate on own cost
