Lead Design Engineer
Lead and supervise piping engineering design activities for Oil & Gas projects.
Review and approve piping deliverables including GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs, stress analysis reports, and 3D models.
Provide technical guidance to the piping team and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation).
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, client specifications, and international piping codes (ASME, API, ASTM).
Interface with vendors for technical clarifications and ensure alignment of piping design with project requirements.
Proficiency in relevant software such as PDMS/E3D, AutoPIPE, Caesar II, and Navisworks.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, client specifications, and relevant international codes (ASME B31.3 / B31.4 / B31.8, ISO, etc.).
Senior Design Engineer - PIPING
Prepare detailed piping engineering deliverables including layouts, isometric drawings, MTOs, and material specifications.
Perform piping stress analysis and flexibility checks using Caesar II/AutoPIPE.
Coordinate with other disciplines for clash checks and ensure alignment with 3D models.
Support the Lead Engineer in technical reviews and design validation.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
Proficiency in PDMS/E3D, AutoCAD, and Caesar II.
Piping Engineer
Execute piping design calculations, material selection, and stress analysis.
Prepare engineering deliverables including datasheets, reports, and MTO.
Coordinate with designers to develop accurate 3D models and drawings.
Support project execution within cost and schedule targets.
Piping Designer
Prepare piping layouts, isometrics, and GA drawings.
Create 3D models using SP3D / PDMS / AutoCAD.
Ensure drawings meet project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers for design updates and revisions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Lead Engineer: Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Piping engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
Senior Engineer: Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Piping engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
Piping Engineer: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Piping engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
Piping Designer -Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Piping designer within the Oil & Gas industry.
Prior experience on ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, ISO).
Excellent communication, vendor coordination, and teamwork skills.
