The Strategy and Growth Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and CFO in driving the company’s strategic agenda, growth initiatives, and investor relations. The role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing business performance, supporting and coordinating investment relations activities, developing business and financial models, preparing management and investor presentations, coordinating strategic and business goals and contributing to strategic projects across functions. The role requires a balance of strong analytical skills, structured communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership team and multi-disciplinary teams including business development, finance and engineering.
- Support management in strategic planning, execution tracking, and strategic project follow-ups,
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and potential threats,
- Contribute to the preparation of annual and long-term business plans,
- Assist in investor relations activities including preparation of investor presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A documents,
- Coordinate with finance to prepare KPI dashboards, business line performance reports, and management reports,
- Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, and investment decisions,
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting for various stakeholders, including business line reviews, sales activity reports, and ad-hoc management reports,
- Coordinate strategic, operational, and business goals, and track company performance at a macro level,
- Lead the commercial and financial aspects of grant applications, R&D funding proposals, and other strategic projects,
- Track and analyze sales activities, pipeline performance, and revenue growth,
- Prepare clear and compelling presentations for board, investors, and external stakeholders,
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to monitor KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a relevant department,
- Experience in high growth technology companies,
- At least 4 years of experience in a highly analytical role in corporate finance & strategy, investor relations, business development, and planning,
- Experience in an international company (abroad of Türkiye) in a relevant field is a plus,
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel with demonstrated experience building complex models including financial modelling, scenario analysis, feasibility studies etc.,
- Strong experience with data analysis and creating impactful visualizations with tools such as Power BI,
- Mastery of MS PowerPoint, with the ability to distill complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations for an executive audience,
- Proven experience successfully managing cross-functional projects from conception to completion,
- Very good English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
