Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist with a focus on the Vending and Coffee sector to support our team in managing and optimizing our solutions. Reporting to the Group Director Professional Coffee and the Group Director Vending, your role will be crucial in ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs, contributing to the company’s ongoing success, and achieving growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the product portfolio and sales catalogues (code creation, technical data entry, item coding).
- Maintain and update the product database.
- Conduct market and competitor research in the vending and coffee sector to identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team, including training and product consultancy.
- Prepare product sheets, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Track product performance and generate regular reports.
- Review and evaluate samples of new products before launch.
Qualifications
You are the right candidate if you have:
- Degree in Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience in product management, technical sales, or similar roles (experience in vending/coffee or related industries is a plus).
- Knowledge of spare parts, maintenance, fault diagnosis, exploded drawings, and product calculations (margin and pricing).
- Experience with ERP/PIM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), BI tools, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with technicians, sales, and manufacturers.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and availability for short international travel.
- Passion for the industry and a strong desire to contribute to the company’s success and growth.
