Alumil is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Head of Accounting and Finance to lead our financial operations and accounting functions of our subsidiary. This role is critical in providing quantitative and accurate information on cash flows, financial position and performance, liquidity and solvency of the company's business.

The role:
As Head of Accounting and Finance, you will be responsible for providing quantitative and accurate information on cash flows, financial position and performance, liquidity and solvency of the company's business. You will be located at our premises at Skopje, North Macedonia. Your daily routine includes:
- Monitoring and application of legislation in the area of accounting and financial operations
- Registration and control of the financial and material operations of the company
- Booking and monitoring of the overall accounting documentation that affects the company's balance
- Calculation of salaries for employees and preparation of HR/ Payroll reports in monthly basis
- Calculation and submission of all taxes to the Public Revenue Office
- Preparation of the financial statements for the company, reports of Alumil Skopje and for the mother company and for banks and monthly consolidated reports
- Completing payment operations (domestic/ foreign)
- Participation in submission of the annual budget
- Providing support to employees in various issues (organize contracts, business trips, fillinf bank loan applications etc)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, deadline orientation, strategic thinking, problem-solving and a strong aptitude for financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills
