The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Seasonal Stockroom Assistant for 18 hours a week to support our busy peak trading period from October through to December. This role is based primarily at our off-site stockroom, where you’ll play a key part in managing deliveries, stock organisation, and ensuring timely transfers to our retail store. May be required on the shop floor during busy trading times for extra support, if and when needed.

What You Will Do
- Receive, check, and organise deliveries into the stockroom
- Prepare and deliver stock to our retail store (10-minute distance)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient stockroom environment
- Monitor stock levels and flag any discrepancies or low stock
- Work autonomously, often being the sole person in the stockroom
- Support the in-store retail team on occasion, as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate stock movement to support sales and customer experience
- Communicate effectively with store and management teams to coordinate stock needs
What We Would Love
- Someone who is confident working independently and can take initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
- Flexible and willing to support the retail team when required
- Previous experience in stockroom, warehouse, or retail operations is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
- A passion for wellbeing
- The ability to work retail hours - which can include weekends and evenings
