Animalz is hiring a part-time Operations Coordinator to help us keep internal systems running smoothly and projects moving forward. If you love fixing messy processes, thinking in workflows, and quietly making things better for everyone, this role is for you.

What You’ll Actually Do
1. Project Coordination & Management
– Help run cross-functional initiatives (e.g. internal knowledge base migration)
– Track timelines, action items, and ownership across departments
– Manage workflows for onboarding, QA, and internal handoffsDocumentation & Process Improvement
2. Document how we work—checklists, templates, resources
– Simplify messy processes and make them findable, usable, repeatable
– Spot inefficiencies and propose small but meaningful fixes
3. Operations Support
– Maintain and troubleshoot low-code automations (Zapier, Airtable, Softr)
– Coordinate hiring logistics (scheduling, onboarding docs, async task tracking)
– Serve as backup for key workflows when needed
– Help with ad‑hoc projects and vendor/tool research
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
– Experience working independently in a remote team
– Comfort learning new tools and troubleshooting systems
– Good judgment under ambiguity and strong async communication
– Ability to manage small projects and push them forward
Nice-to-Haves
– Built or maintained automations (Zapier, Airtable, Make, etc.)
– Created process docs or internal team resources
– Worked in ops at an agency, startup, or SaaS company

Working Arrangements
– Location: Fully remote (EMEA time zones preferred, but open)
– Schedule: ~20 hours/week with 5+ hours overlap with U.S. business hours

– Compensation: $20K–$25K/year
– Scope: This is a scoped, part-time role focused on real ops impact. There’s room for more responsibility over time—but we’re hiring for what we need today.
