We’re hiring an Internal Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment for our operations and support teams. In this fast-moving, full-time role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles across logistics, customer service, and back-office functions. 🔍 What You’ll Do
- Own the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles in operations and support
- Screen, assess, and engage candidates with professionalism and care
- Maintain structured pipelines and hiring reports through our ATS
- Keep candidates informed and aligned throughout the process
- Partner closely with hiring leads to forecast needs and refine hiring strategies
✅ What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting or agency staffing experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems and tools like Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse
- Experience hiring in fast-scaling environments
- Available to work PST or EST hours in a fully remote team
