Key Responsibilities

New Product Development

· Lead product development projects from scope definition to market launch.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, marketing, regulatory, opera-tions) to ensure project alignment and execution.

· Ensure compliance with internal QM processes and regulatory documentation standards.

Product Management

· Lead the product line with production; customer service and logistics.

· Be responsible for pricing strategty, forecasting and production planning.

· Identify gaps in the product ecosystem (accessories, disposables, auxiliary devices) and lead sourcing or development efforts.

· Support product registration and industrialization processes.

· Generate product information for sales channels and support OUS ( outside US) sales teams and distributors with positioning and competitive insights.

· Build and maintain a network of EIT users OUS for product validation and feedback.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Device, or a related technical field.

· Hands-on experience in electronics and basic software development (e.g., C++, Qt,…).

· Strong interest in product strategy and business development.

· Self-driven, structured, and proactive personality with leadership capabilities.

· Fluent in English.
