Mit über 40 Mio. € an Finanzierung suchen wir nach motivierten Menschen, die gemeinsam mit uns die Energiezukunft gestalten wollen.

Wir bei Ostrom suchen dich – eine:n engagierte:n und lösungsorientierte:n Praktikant:in im Customer Support (m/w/d), um uns ab sofort für 6 Monate in Vollzeit zu unterstützen. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir daran, den Strommarkt digital, transparent und fair zu gestalten.

DEINE AUFGABEN

– Du unterstützt unser Team im schriftlichen Kundensupport (E-Mail oder Chat) – schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert.

– Du verantwortest reibungslose operative Prozesse, z. B. beim Kundenwechsel oder bei Rückfragen zu Rechnungen und Tarifen.

– Du findest pragmatische und nachhaltige Lösungen bei Klärfällen – und bringst dabei Fingerspitzengefühl und Effizienz mit.

– Du lernst energiewirtschaftliche Themen wie z. B. Marktkommunikation und EDIFACT kennen – Vorkenntnisse sind nicht notwendig.

– Du hilfst bei der Anlage neuer Marktpartner und unterstützt uns im Abrechnungsprozess von Messstellen.

– Du bringst Ideen ein, denkst mit und hilfst, unsere Prozesse weiter zu verbessern.

DEIN PROFIL

– Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1) und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).

– Du studierst aktuell oder befindest dich im Gap Year.

– Du arbeitest gerne schriftlich, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert – auch wenn’s mal hektisch wird.

– Du hast Spaß daran, Kund:innen zu helfen, und erklärst gerne komplexe Themen einfach.

– Du hast Lust auf Teamarbeit in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld.

SCHÖN ZU HABEN

– Erste Berührungspunkte mit der Energiewirtschaft sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

– Erste Erfahrung im schriftlichen Kundenservice oder im Umgang mit Tools wie Zendesk, Notion, Excel oder anderen Datenbanken.
