Duties & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and other key industry contacts.

Promote our brand by networking, presenting, and connecting with the right people.

Deliver professional presentations that highlight our expertise and quality.

Work independently, managing your own schedule, while staying accountable for results.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Well-spoken professional with excellent people skills.

Strong literacy and comfort with technology.

Presentable, polished, and able to carry yourself with authority.

Driven and results-focused — we care about outcomes, not hours spent behind a desk.

Ideally with experience or background in design, architecture, or the building industry.

Own vehicle, laptop, and cellphone (fuel & airtime provided).

Flexibility to manage your own working hours, with the ability to deliver when needed.

Previous experience as a Specifications Representative will be a massive bonus, as this role is heavily focused on building product awareness and securing specifications with architects and designers.

Package & Remuneration

40 to 60 p/m depending on experience

Attractive commission structure for work secured (linked to performance targets).
