Do you possess excellent design, editing, and photography skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Marketing and Social Media Coordinator.

Experience / competencies:

Social Media Savvy: Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
Understanding or willing to learn about social media trends and best practices;
Creative Skills: Proficient in / willing to learn how to use entry level graphic design tools such as Canva as well as video editing software;
Photography Skills: The ability/willingness to learn how to capture high-quality photos that align with our brand aesthetics.
Own reliable transport;
Marketing Enthusiast: Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies;
Creative and innovative mindset;
Ability to be proactive and forward thinking;
Excellent writing skills in both English and Afrikaans;
Attention to detail;
A relevant qualification/course is NOT a requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Campaign Design: Develop captivating and on-brand marketing and social media content, including graphics, images, videos etc.
Design and execute engaging social media designs and campaigns to increase brand visibility and reach;
Editing and Photo Skills: Edit and enhance visuals to ensure high-quality, eye-catching content for our various social media platforms;
Utilize photography skills to capture compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience;
General Marketing Admin Assistance: Collaborate with management to provide administrative support for various marketing initiatives.
General coordination of marketing materials to retail outlets.

Candidates MUST be fluent in both Afrikaans and English.

Package & Remuneration

The salary (R10,000 - R15,000 CTC) will depend on the candidate’s level of experience.
