One of our UK campaigns at CareerBox is currently looking for CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE & CUSTOMER SERVICES EXPERIENCE. We are seeking individuals with any type of CUSTOMER SERVICES background, along with GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS .

Duties & Responsibilities

Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Contact potential customers
Determine customer needs
Handling customer complaints or concerns
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
Manage sales releases
Planning sales strategies
Selling process and strategy
Attending conferences to understand industry trends
Cold calling & email prospecting
Complying with sales policies and regulations
Educate consumers on product features
Greet and direct customers
Identify and respond to client needs
Maintaining client records
Manage returns of merchandise
Offering existing customers continued service
Preparing contracts
Preparing reports of business transact

Desired Experience & Qualification

Communication & Interpersonal Skill

Effective sales agents need to be excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing. They must be able to clearly explain product features, address customer concerns, and negotiate deals.

Product Knowledge:

A deep understanding of the products or services being sold is crucial for effectively communicating their value and addressing customer needs.
Sales & Negotiation Skills:

The ability to identify potential customers, present solutions, and close deals is fundamental.
Sales Experience:

Previous experience in sales, especially in a similar industry or with a similar product, is often a requirement.
